Each one took a Kip to get to the right height, then a forceful kick toward the bar to get the chest touch. Each one was done one at a time. Goal: to develop a smooth string of several C2B's. The 100# thrusters were no big pro...CW: A big 3! <br /><br />The 100# thrusters were no big problem, I did them in the first minute. I spent the rest of my time trying without success for my first C2B pull-up. I had 2 - 4 good tries in me. I came pretty close. That would have been nice, I wanted to get a score of 4.<br /><br />The upside is the extra effort made for really great regular pull-ups.
