Per...CW: 14:03 75# deadlifts never slowed me down. Perhaps 95 would have been better. I didn't have a lot of pushups in me; I couldn't do the first round unbroken. I scaled the 2nd round to a bench. From round 6 on, ring pushups, set about hip-high. Fun. It was nice to see Meg back at the gym!
