Strength
  • Deadlift 3 x 5
WOD
Pack:
Three rounds for time of:
  • 5 Muscle-ups
  • 5 Forward rolls
  • 10 One legged squats, alternating
  • Handstand walk down and back (15 yds.)
Scaling subs: MU progressions, 3 x hollow rocks, assisted pistols, wheelbarrow walk/walking downward dog.
Time limit:  15 minutes

  3. 5:10. This was so much fun! I felt like a kid again, especially when getting dizzy after so much somersaulting!
