3 hours after skiing. Not interested in burning out, but I did want to get this done. When the inevitable loss happens, I didn't fight it all out, I just kept trying.
Congrats to Pasi, who bested me for the total by 4 meters!
The double-unders are improving. I'm trying to concentrate on keeping a hollow body form and staying consistent. Benches: 65#, felt fine. The tabata: As usual, I get my best times/distances in the beginning. The last three were the hardest to stay fast; the skiing did wear me out some. But, it was worth it! The workout loosened us up after the ski.
