  1. CW: My back was telling me "no deadlifts!" so I worked on the double-unders instead. Peter made the call, 100 attempts. Time 13:25. I got maybe 5 double-doubles and even one triple-double! Not a great workout, but that's o.k. I still felt pretty beat up. I got some great skill practice. I decided to keep the bounce the same and try to vary the hands to get it.
