- Lumbar curve must be maintained
- Chest is up
- Bar is racked on shoulders, elbows are high, upper arm parallel to ground
- Head remains neutral

Mobility Homework - Episode 139/365: Posterior Chain Sliding Surface Business
1. pain ball under thigh, move lower leg to restore sliding surfaces.
2. calve stretch.
3. roll bare foot on ball.
CW: 135 - 145 - (155 X 2) - 150 - 155. I was aiming to match my 1RM of 175, but I'll take this. I was going too slow the first time, running out of air and strength on the way down. So I was determined to go faster the second time around. It worked!
ReplyDeleteFront Sqaut 3 reps: 65-75-85-95-(105); I did make 2/3 of 105 so I did hit my PR for single rep. Happy overall as I really struggle with the front squat. My form needs a lot of work.
