CW: 4:09 with 65#. With a better back I might have done well with 75-85. 95 would be a real beat-down! Still, I'm pleased. The way I felt all day, I figured i'd be just rowing easy or something. It's almost like this stuff works!
Due to the excessive heat, I scaled this back to 55#. I have done 65# with these in the past. Still a good workout, though. 7:18.
5:38 @ 35#. My shoulder was talking to me when I was warming up with the PVC so I played it real safe today. I think under normal circumstances 55# would have been a good place to start with Grace.
