CWDeadlift: 95 - 115 - 125 - 145 - 165 - 185 Stopped.185 felt heavy, like I could lift more but maybe with a breakdown in form. Not willing to push into that territory at this time.Press: 65 - 75 - 85 - 85 - 90 - (95) Stopped.Shoulders been hurting for a while. I;m working on them and they are improving. No sense pushing too hard too soon.
