Toes To Bar, Ring Push-ups, Goblet Walking Lunges

    • 10 Toes To Bar
    • 10 Ring Pushups
    • 20m Walking Goblet Lunges w/KB (look it up)

    The front squats kind of hammered me.
    I'm back after 3 weeks off of real training.
    My smashed toes aren't ready for the flexion of lunges.
    That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

    WOD: 10:37. 26 lb. Kettlebell. TTB followed by ring pushups are shoulder intensive!
