Bear Complex

The Bear Complex:
5 rounds for max weight.
Do 1 rep each of:

  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Press
  • Back Squat
  • Push Press

Repeat for 7 cycles to make one round.
You may not set the bar down. If you do, you're done.

  1. Cool! The bear complex! Just right for this rainy afternoon. I was excited to do this WOD, I just love the barbells. They do amazing things for overall strength! My sequence was:
    25-35-45-55-65. I made it through all five rounds without setting down the bar! I am pumped! I don't think I would have been able to finish 75#, the end of the 65# round was tough. Whew!
