A Morning WOD

Three rounds for time of:
5 Muscle-up progressions (squat)
25 Squats


Just Charles today. Time: 4:35.

I'm a loooooooooooooooong way from a true muscleup. I did feel good about doing the whole thing without stopping. Except at the end, of course.
