Test: walking lunge
10’ on the Ugly Four
  1. Ball roll on the head of the quads. Flex and straighten leg as well.
  2. Ball roll on the hip flexor wad; 
  3. Glute stretch, some ext. rotation (foot on outside edge,) fold over.
  4. Couch stretch.
Retest: pose/butt kicking

  1. CW: 115 - 135 - (155) - 145 - 155 - (165) - 165. Again, I took a longer break before the last lift. Got it just barely.

  2. I'm just thrilled to have done 100 lb. I don't know if it is my max. The next time this one comes around, I will start with 65 and work up. 65-75-85-95-100-105......
