Scaling: weight.  Sub: Overhead Squat
Cash-out
Stretching

Test: Foot point and muscle up.
Mwod: Bully stretch 2 min each side
Sink stretch 1-2 min each side
Overhead thoracic stretch (not rolling) 2 min
Feet ungluing with some kind of torture device 2 min
Retest: Foot point and muscle up? Better?

  1. CW: 45 - 50 - 55 - 60 - 65 - 70 - 75. A PR! I think that I did not reach full depth immediately, riding down the last bit.

  2. 20-25-30-35-40-45-(50). Started conservatively due to soreness in my left shoulder. A good idea for today, I think. This workout really emphasized balance through the core!
