Double Unders

Warmup (10’)
Skill (5’)
Back Levers:
start with band in front of body across rings (under hands, threaded through fingers)
inverted hang
lower down into back lever, band supports weight; straight back tight body.
back up to inverted hang, lead with heels. 
Strength (10’)
Time limit:  15 minutes
Stretching (5’)
Roll upper legs an inch at a time.  Find a spot, then mobilize the tissue there.


  1. 11:15 200 Double unders. Made a personal record of 18 DUs in a row! Progress. Even when I was near the end and dog tired I was still able to string 7 or 8 together. Someday I will do 200 DUs in under 5 minutes....someday.

  2. Yea, Meg! Just keep showing up and it will happen. And if it ever gets you down, just remember you're ahead of me!

  3. CW: DNF with 63 double unders. Coming along, though. The 15' limit was a good idea.

  4. Bench: 65,75,75.
    WOD: 8:06. Stringing along! Becoming limited now only by anaerobic tolerance and a bit of technique. Pumped!!
