  1. CW: 7:26. Not a lot of lunges (sorry, Meg!) but enough to know my butt is gonna hurt later! Interesting, the lunged seemed to effect the quads, while running is in the hams, so you *can* run right through it.

    10 x 2 x 120# deadlifts.
