    I did one freestyle swim. After that I did the backstroke so I could breathe. I was huffing and puffing! I'm not sure of the actual distance. We went out to the swim buoy and back, maybe 30m out. Part of the distance was walking through the shallows. It was fun. I didn't even notice other people on the beach, I was just doing my thing. After, a couple of girls asked what we were training for. I said, "life."

  2. Four rounds! First swim freestyle then side and backstroke. Fun on a hot day!
