    • 4 alt. Turkish Get-ups (yes, that’s 2 for each hand.)
    • 8 Pull-ups
Mobility
    • Prioritize for OHS: thoracic spine, shoulders, ankles

    Still dealing with the smashed toe, but doing much better.
