6:36. 105# deadlifts, bench push ups. My last time doing this I was at 95#, same PU and it took me 10:09...yeehaw!
ReplyDeleteI could do the entire set of deadlifts in one go...so maybe I will go heavier next time....and I will take Charles' lead and go for the inchworm push ups.
