21-15-9 reps of:
  • 225 pound Deadlift
  • Handstand push-ups
Time limit:  15 minutes
Cash-out
Stretching (5’)
test overhead squat jerk bottom position
  1. green band over both knees, wall squat, knees out, hands overhead.
  2. double ball, thoracic
  • hands over and down
  • hug, flex up and down, side to side
  • anchor shoulders, hips up and down.

    Breakfast (The Usual:)
    4 eggs
    1 bacon
    green pepper
    mushrooms
    salsa
    1 cup rasp & blueberries

    Lunch:
    big tuna salad salad.
    2 cans tuna with mayo and mustard
    (Usual salad)
    lettuce
    green peppers
    mushrooms
    banana peppers
    olives
    bread & butter pickles
    tomato
    olive oil and vinegar dressing

    Dinner:
    steak
    Broccoli
    coconut oil

  2. 6:36. 105# deadlifts, bench push ups. My last time doing this I was at 95#, same PU and it took me 10:09...yeehaw!

    I could do the entire set of deadlifts in one go...so maybe I will go heavier next time....and I will take Charles' lead and go for the inchworm push ups.
