CW: DNF with 22 pull-ups down at 13:50. 3 kipping pullups, then blue band for the rest. I stopped when I had no arms left for pullups. Good workout, though. World records another day.
15:24. 45#, ring kips. Biked 1600m in place of rowing. Hello, hamstrings! 50 thrusters is a lot!
13:58: Felt great on the rower, was at about 2:23/500m, which is good for me. I did 35# thrusters and did kipping pullups with green band. This WOD had me shaking like a leaf after.
