Mobility Homework: Episode 336/365: Improving the Bottom Position of The Squat/Clean/Snatch
Test/retest: jump from knees to bottom of squat.
- with band around top of hip (not on spine,) sit in the squat bottom 4 - 5 minutes. Freestyle the corners. Add weight.
CW: 115 - 135 - 155 - 165 - 175. Felt really good, really strong. Equaled a 3X PR from September 2009. I think the form this time around was much more secure. Hooah!

ReplyDelete75-85-100-105-115. this is about what i did a year ago...so happy to have not gone the other direction. At 100# I almost fell front, but I was able to squeeze it up much nicer after that.
