  • 5 x 3 Back Squat [mpg]
Cash-out
  • Stretching
Test/retest:  jump from knees to bottom of squat.
  • with band around top of hip (not on spine,) sit in the squat bottom 4 - 5 minutes. Freestyle the corners.  Add weight.

  1. CW: 115 - 135 - 155 - 165 - 175. Felt really good, really strong. Equaled a 3X PR from September 2009. I think the form this time around was much more secure. Hooah!

  3. 75-85-100-105-115. this is about what i did a year ago...so happy to have not gone the other direction. At 100# I almost fell front, but I was able to squeeze it up much nicer after that.
