CW: 1 round + 10 HSPU, 16 cleans. HSPU with knees on box; 65# cleans.Cool WOD. Great for practicing clean form. The Rx jump rope was a definite hit! The thicker cable slows down the speed just enough to figure things out. I predict great things to come.
DL: 3 X 5 @ 165.WOD: 2 rounds + 10 HSPU (2 plates + mat) + 20 cleans(45#) + 21 double unders. Kicked my butt! I thought I would rip through this one but no, the cleans added up and again my quads were screaming at me just like yesterday during the 20 mile mountain bike ride! I really liked this one, I'd like to do it again in a month or so!
