Playing it safe, but not happy about it.

L-Sit: 1 max time.
WOD: “Linda”
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
  • Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
  • Bench press: body weight
  • Clean: 3/4 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.
  • Stretching
Test/Retest squat bottom
band lower leg closed, another band forward distraction, couch stretch with no wall required!


  1. CW: DNF at the start of round of 7, a tweak in my back was a warning.
    Stopped at 17:39. Scaled at 50%. Perhaps too heavy, especially after squat cleans; I had to rest after each set. Too bad I couldn't go on. It felt awful, but I really like this WOD because each set has less reps.

  2. I think Linda is my favorite CrossFit benchmark WOD. 19:00. Used 100 lb DL, 60 lb bench, 55 lb clean. I can up the weight next time on the deads and cleans; benches today were right at my limit for the amount of reps total.

    50 second L-sit today.
