ReplyDeleteI used 55# thrusters for the WOD. Gee, this one really wiped me! The rowing combined with the thrusters tuckered me out completely. I was disappointed not to be able to even complete a second round. At least I made it through two of the rows. Result: 1 round, 1000m plus 8 thrusters.
