Wednesday, Death By Pullup

Pasi just lovin' these mobility WODs.

Warmup (10’)

“Death By Pullup”
With a continuously running clock do one pull-ups the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute...... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed. 
Post number of minutes completed to comments.

  • Goat, if time.

  1. CW: 9 rounds. All kipping. More in a row, too, like 6 or something. Hooray! We had time for squatting and working on a goat. Mine, you guessed it, double unders. Not exactly better, but I think I did make some progress.
