As many rounds as possible in 8:00 of:
  • 7 Back Squats, 225/150 pounds
  • 7 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups

  1. CW:DNF at 2:30 with 3 rounds + 2 squats completed. My hamstrings said, "not a good idea." I could have done more pull-ups.
    Scaling/subs: Front squats @ 105#, ring rows (to sternum.)
    Max effort: 2 x 125 front squat.

  2. No rack, so front squats instead from the clean. 90#. WOD: 5 rounds, using 75# front squats and kips. WooHoo!
