My clock crapped out at 4919 meters. I ran the entire distance though, so I used the pace split to determine my overall time. Reliable enough, I think.
Technique was fair. I need to open up the front of my hips much more so I can use a more hollow body position.
Running against traffic, the crown of the paved road had my left leg on the downhill side. Perhaps this is why the tissues outside of my left knee are a bit toasted. That and I don't run often enough.
Things keep happening to Charles. Hmmmmm. My time was 32:07. This seems slow! But I am really working hard on form to protect my knee. In addition my knee was taped today. Both must have helped, no knee pain over this distance! First time in a year.
