CW: 79 good wallballs, with a lot of missed reps. I lost on accuracy quite a bit. Not enough practice with the correct height.
ReplyDeleteThis WOD was clever in that skill movements progressed so that those less likely to have the more difficult skills generally wouldn't be in good enough shape to get to them.
136. My goal was to get 100, so I surpassed my goal! If I can improve enough to do sets of 30 unbroken instead of 10's, I could really cut down the time and perhaps could make it to double- unders.
