CrossFit Games Open 12.2; Snatch

Meanwhile, CrossFit Worthy in Mount Pleasant is coming together.  Notice the tan Dirty South bars, used at last Summer's CF Games!

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

  1. CW: 30 I can't yet snatch 135#. These were all power snatches. Tiring enough.

  2. The women's weight standards were different. I only remember the first two, 45 then 75, because I cannot snatch 75 yet. My score: 30.
