Post loads and reps to comments. 5-10 minutes rest then CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD
WOD

  • 5 Squat Cleans, 155/105 pounds
  • 7 C2B Pull ups

  1. CW: 6:05. 95# cleans, ordinary kipping pull-ups in 1s, 2s and 3s.

    Clean & Jerk 135# PR! Yay!

  2. 4:55, 65lb cleans. Clean/ jerk 85# today. Used a squat clean ( the real deal) instead of a power clean. Will practice squat cleans this week to improve this building block skill.
