        Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
        • 95/65 pound Thruster (scale weight)

      1. CW 6:51 with 55#. I did real kipping pullups, 4 in the first round and 2 in the second. PR time, PR weight, PR pullups. Yahoo!
