Yuck: 5x250m sprints with 5 min. rests2:00.2/391:58.6/36156.2/372:02.4/352:00.2/34Had a little bloody nose after the second round (first one in 25 years so it freaked me out). Thank you Kirsten for the call in support for that last round cause I really wanted to quit! Glad I didn't.
