CW 45-65-85-105-125-145-155. I think I did this before, but I couldn't find it. I felt pretty solid, but the last two which finally got heavy my split got higher instead of lower. More experience, I think.Peter got the junkyard dog thing going. Well done!
45-55-65-75-85-95-(105). First time for the split jerk and recovering from a cold so pretty happy with those weights. I need to focus more and get downright nasty with that bar in the future.
