WOD: DB Split Cleans & Pullups

 Handstand practice
 Snatch balance skill
WOD “Erin” Pack:
 Five rounds for time of
 25 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
 21 Pull-ups
 Women - 20#

Here's me practicing the snatch balance with a 35# bar.  On the dip-drive, I'm moving forward onto my toes, so I land on my toes and have to settle back onto my heels.  I'll work on tightening my midline and driving through my heels.
