Just a quick report of Dan's continuing progress. He's been working on his squat form. Yesterday we used it in deadlifts and walking lunges. We also started working on the kip and jumping pullups. Kirsten demoed the eventual goal - the kipping pullup. She's awesome!
Here's the WOD: 3 rounds for time:
200m run
30 ft walking lunge
10 jumping pullups

Kirsten and I have taken a couple of days off. Tomorrow we'll do something easy.
